Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, United States of America and Canada only.

Order Processing

Our t-shirts and hoodies are printed to order rather than kept in stock, so please allow for a production period before your order is dispatched.

Production time: 2-3 business days
Delivery time for Economy: 4-6 days
Delivery Time for Express: 3-4 Days
Estimated total time from order to delivery: 5-9 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur during busy periods (such as around holidays) or due to circumstances outside our control, including issues with our printing/fulfilment partner or the courier network.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. We offer economy and express shipping via Evri and other third party partners.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Because items are printed and dispatched shortly after you order, we may not be able to change the address once an order has entered production. We're not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, though we'll always try to help resolve the issue with our courier where we can.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please get in touch at merchants.of.freedom@gmail.com with your order details and tracking number and we'll look into it with our courier on your behalf.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us at merchants.of.freedom@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the item, and we'll sort out a replacement. See our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
