Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To discuss any parts of your order, you can contact us at merchants.of.freedom@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at merchants.of.freedom@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items sold by Merchants of Freedom are custom, made-to-order apparel produced specifically for each customer at the time of purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the design once printed as ordered.
Replacements will only be considered in the following circumstances:
- Print/production defects — the item arrives with a manufacturing fault (e.g. misprint, damaged fabric, cracked or peeling print).
- Incorrect order fulfilment — you received the wrong item, size, or design due to an error on our end.
If you believe your order qualifies under one of these exceptions, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted without photographic evidence, or after the stated window, may not be eligible for review.
Approved claims will be resolved via a replacement.
UK Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) - Exemption for Bespoke Goods
As all products sold by Merchants of Freedom are custom-printed, made-to-order apparel produced specifically for each individual order, they fall under this exemption (Regulation 28(1)(b)). Accordingly, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to purchases made through this store.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or incorrectly fulfilled — see the Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items section above for how to raise such claims.
